GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores or online through website can’t be returned.

REFUND POLICY:

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after a days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

1. Product was damaged

2. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received turns out to be damaged or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the damaged or poor quality. After we receive your product information (Images for verification), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
